Connecting with our Nature

To connect with Nature is to connect with our true self, our own nature.


You can do this every day in lots of different ways. You don't need to go on holiday or to a retreat, you don't need a week, or even an hour, you don't need to be in solitude.


Each day be mindful, create connections with nature in the small moments of time that you have. Breathe Deeply, pause, lay on the grass, under a tree, by a stream, on the beach. Look, really look around at your natural environment, at a leaf, a flower, a cloud, be in awe. Spend time connecting with loved ones, with animals, create something, dig in the soil, stand in the rain, stare at the stars. Just chose to connect and be present.
